Fundraisers

As with any organization, there are inherent expenses that must be met. The rehearsal space must be rented and some concert venues must be reserved. Music must be purchased and royalties paid for performances. Concert folders and accessories are provided for each performer. The director and accompanist receive annual stipends.  These all add up and concert patrons purchasing tickets only covers a fraction of the total expenses.

Twice a year, the Hershey Community Chorus provides a spaghetti dinner as a fundraiser. We rely on grants and gifts for the balance of the yearly budget.

Spaghetti Dinner

Our members cook and serve a dinner of spaghetti and meatballs, salad, and a dinner roll for take out or dine in service. Desserts are available by donation. Tickets for take out or dine in service can be purchased in advance or at the door. Pre-orders are guaranteed a meal. Walk-ins are welcome while supplies last. Quarts of sauce are available for purchase – pre-order only.


2026 Spring Spaghetti Dinner
Thursday, April 16 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Our Spring 2026 Spaghetti Dinner and Cabaret will be taking place on Thursday, April 16 from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Hershey.

Dinners can be pre-ordered by sending an email to info@hersheycommunitychorus.org with the Subject of Spaghetti Dinner Tickets. Payment for pre-orders are made on the day of the dinner. Please indicate in your email if you will dine in or take out. All pre-orders are guaranteed a meal.

Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the dinner while supplies last.

We can accept cash, check or credit cards.
